    Energising Vinyasa flow to start the day. Moving with the breath, exploring spaciousness and strength in the body.

    75 minutes

    A slow space to unwind, release busyness, explore movement and breath in the body. Followed by a guided meditation practice and extended savasana.

  • Yin @ soma space

    HONOR OAK PARK se23

    60 minutes

    Yin is a slow practice, holding postures for 3-5 minutes with plenty of time in between for observing sensation in the body. Working with the meridians and five elements of classical chinese medicine, the practice focuses on releasing tension from the soft tissues of the body and returning to a state of calm.

    All levels. Beginners welcome

    Come and join this warm community where we hold space for each other to connect to breath, movement in the body and peace in the mind.

    We mostly practice embodied vinyasa, sometimes also yin and extended practices of reflection to mark the passing of the seasons.

    60 minutes

    A slow flow, exploring breath moving the body, followed by relaxing restorative postures inviting deep rest.

    75 minutes

    Restorative practice supports the body with blankets and props into deep states of rest and release. Poses are held for up to 5-20 minutes, allowing the body to remember how to let go, return to stillness and find rest, for a full nervous system reset.

my greatest passion in life is the pursuit of connection: how can we escape the isolation and fear that drive modern life and explore what exactly this experience of being alive is and communicate it to others? it is a noble truth that time spent communing in this space of connection and deep listening - what we might call pure awareness: outside of the mind, outside of the ego, outside of the parameters of the current culture of today’s world - is blissful. in Yoga we call it ananda.
